One house. Four licences.

Dubai South is where a significant part of the emirate's next decade is being built — home to Al Maktoum International Airport, Expo City and the logistics district that serves them. Prime Horizon operates from its Business Hub as a single licensed house for four disciplines that usually mean four separate vendors: commercial brokerage, tourism and recreation consultancy, documents and data verification, and event organizing.

The four are deliberately connected. Counterparties in a brokered transaction are screened by our own verification desk before introductions are made. A corporate summit brings delegations that our tourism desk hosts. A hospitality client we advise becomes a launch event we produce. One agreement, one point of contact, one team answerable for the result.

How we work

Scope and cost are agreed in writing before work begins, and they do not change mid-engagement without your written agreement. Where something falls outside our licensed activities, we say so and refer you elsewhere rather than stretching a definition to keep the work.

We are candid about what we cannot establish. A verification report that says "unable to confirm" is more useful than one that implies certainty it does not have, and the same principle applies across every desk.

Where we operate

Our licence and our base are in Dubai South, and we work across the United Arab Emirates. Our concentration is in Dubai — Dubai South, Expo City, Jebel Ali, Downtown and the wider emirate — with regular work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
