Launches built around the reveal, with everything else arranged to serve it.
A launch event has one job: make the product feel inevitable. Everything in the room — the staging, the lighting, the sequence, the moment the covers come off — is either building toward that or diluting it.
We design the reveal first and work outward: concept and creative direction, venue selection matched to the product rather than the guest list, staging and technical production, and a run of show that controls the pacing so anticipation actually builds.
Around it sits the practical work — media and influencer coordination, guest list and invitation management, demonstration and hands-on areas, and content capture so the event keeps producing value after the room empties.
What the engagement includes
- Reveal concept and creative direction
- Venue matched to product and audience
- Staging, lighting and technical production
- Media, press and influencer coordination
- Content capture for post-event use
Every engagement follows the four-stage process used across the event organizing desk — brief, then the work, then review, then delivery — with scope and cost agreed in writing before anything begins.
Can you handle media invitations?
Yes — press list development, invitations, accreditation and on-site media management, including a designated area for interviews and filming.
Do you produce the content afterwards?
Photography and video capture are arranged through production partners, with edited assets delivered after the event. This should be planned in from the start, not added late.
What lead time do launches need?
Six to ten weeks is comfortable for most launches. Complex staging or custom fabrication needs more, and media lead times matter if coverage is a priority.
