Corporate background checks

A polished proposal tells you what a company wants you to believe. A background check tells you what it can demonstrate: whether the entity is licensed for the activity it is proposing, how long it has operated, who controls it, and whether its stated position matches its record.

We screen corporate standing, licensing status against the activity in question, ownership and control structure, registered particulars and operating history, drawing on available registries and public records.

The most common finding is not fraud. It is mismatch — an entity licensed for something adjacent to what it is selling, a company far younger than its marketing implies, or an ownership structure that does not match the person you have been negotiating with.
