Prime Horizon DWC-LLC is registered at Dubai South Business Hub as a DWC-LLC entity, licensed across four activities. Every service described on this site maps to one of them.

Where our work stops

Several of our disciplines sit adjacent to regulated professions, and the boundary matters. We state it plainly rather than leaving it ambiguous:

• We do not provide legal advice. Our contract pre-verification checks facts and flags inconsistencies. Legal interpretation, drafting and advice must come from qualified counsel, and we work alongside them.
• We do not provide regulatory compliance advice. Our KYC support executes verification and documentation work. What your obligations are depends on your licence and regulator, and should be confirmed with a qualified compliance advisor.
• We do not issue official attestations. Our verification reports are independent findings. Where government attestation or legalisation is required, we coordinate that process rather than substituting our report for it.
• We do not provide audit or accounting opinions. Where a transaction requires audited figures, that work belongs with a licensed auditor.

Data protection

Verification and KYC engagements involve personal and corporate data. We handle it in accordance with UAE personal data protection law: access-controlled storage, use limited to the checks you have authorised, no disclosure to third parties beyond that scope, and deletion under the retention terms set in the engagement.

Conflicts of interest

We act for one principal per brokerage mandate and disclose our role to all parties. We do not accept commission from both sides of a transaction, and we do not take supplier commissions on procurement mandates — a broker paid by the counterparty has no reason to negotiate your position.

Verifying us

Our licence details are available on request, and we encourage clients to check them. A firm that sells verification services should expect to be verified.
