We design private programmes around the guest rather than the itinerary template — arrival handling, accommodation matched to preference rather than star rating, chauffeured movement, restaurant and experience selection, and a single named coordinator who knows the whole plan.
Discretion is a working assumption throughout. Guest details are shared with partners strictly on a need-to-know basis, and we do not publicise the clients we host.

Can you arrange things at short notice?
Often, yes — though the quality of what is available narrows considerably inside a week, particularly for restaurants and premium accommodation. Earlier always produces better options.
How is confidentiality handled?
Guest information is shared with partners only where operationally necessary, and we do not name or publicise the clients we host. Written confidentiality terms are available on request.
Do you accompany the guest throughout?
That depends on the programme. Some clients want a coordinator present at every transition, others prefer availability by phone with a light on-ground presence. Both are workable.
