Sales roles are on an independent agent basis with no fixed salary: commission is paid on business that completes through you, after the client has paid. Each role explains exactly how you earn, and rates are agreed with you at interview.

Is there a fixed salary?
Not for sales roles. They are commission-based on an independent agent basis, and each role explains how you earn. If a role has a different arrangement, it says so on the role page.
When is commission paid?
After the business you introduced has completed and the client has paid. The exact terms are agreed in writing before you start.
Can I work flexibly?
Most roles are field and remote based, so you can work flexibly. You must be legally able to work in the UAE, and we discuss your situation at interview.
