Is there a minimum order value?
We take procurement mandates where brokerage adds real value, which generally means recurring purchases or significant one-off contracts. For small one-time purchases, direct buying is usually more sensible and we will say so.
Do you take commission from suppliers?
No. We are paid by the client who engages us, and we disclose our fee structure at the outset. A broker paid by both sides has no incentive to negotiate your price down.
Can you verify a supplier we already use?
Yes, and it is worth doing periodically. Corporate standing changes, and a supplier verified three years ago may not be the same entity today.
