The commercial model stays simple regardless of scale — a management fee agreed upfront, with production and supplier costs passed through openly. Where guests need programmes around the event, our tourism desk designs them under the same contract.

Which venues do you work with?
Our home ground is Dubai South and Expo City, with Al Maktoum International alongside for international guests. We also produce events at venues across Dubai and the wider UAE.
How far ahead should we book?
Large conferences and expos are best planned months ahead to secure venues and key suppliers, particularly around peak exhibition season. Smaller formats can move considerably faster.
How do you charge?
A transparent event management fee agreed upfront, with production and supplier costs passed through openly. No undisclosed supplier markups.
Do you handle event permits?
We guide on requirements and coordinate applications where our licence permits. Some permits must be issued directly to the host organisation, and we identify those early.
