A delegation programme succeeds or fails on the meeting schedule. Everything else — flights, hotels, transfers, dinners — is logistics that a competent organiser can arrange. Securing the right counterparts, in the right order, within the window the delegation is in the country, is the hard part.

We build the meeting programme first: identifying the organisations worth meeting, arranging introductions, sequencing appointments so momentum builds across the visit, and structuring the days so senior delegates are not moving across the city during peak traffic for a twenty-minute conversation.

Around that we handle accommodation, ground movement, interpretation where needed, protocol requirements for official visits, and hosted dinners where the real conversations tend to happen.
