Documents screened against their issuing sources, so a convincing copy does not pass as an original.
Document fraud is rarely crude. The forgeries that cause real damage are competent — correct layout, plausible reference numbers, appropriate stamps — and they pass visual inspection by anyone who is not checking against the issuing source.
We verify documents against available registries and issuing authorities rather than assessing them by appearance: trade licences, incorporation and registration records, certificates, authorisations and supporting corporate paperwork.
Each item receives an explicit position in the report — verified, flagged with the specific concern, or unable to confirm with the reason stated. Ambiguity in a verification report defeats its purpose.
What the engagement includes
- Trade licence verification against issuing records
- Corporate registration and incorporation documents
- Certificates and authorisations
- Supporting corporate paperwork
- Explicit per-item findings with reasoning
Every engagement follows the four-stage process used across the documents & data verification desk — brief, then the work, then review, then delivery — with scope and cost agreed in writing before anything begins.
Can you verify documents from outside the UAE?
Sometimes, depending on the jurisdiction and whether its registry is accessible. We confirm what is achievable before accepting the engagement rather than after.
What happens if a document appears fraudulent?
The report states the specific concern and the evidence for it. We report findings to you as our client; what you do with that information is your decision.
Do you need original documents?
Clear scans are usually sufficient, since verification works against issuing records rather than physical inspection. Where an original is genuinely required, we will say so upfront.
