We plan the whole arc: session sequencing and timing, room configuration and capacity flow, delegate registration and badging, speaker liaison and technical rehearsal, catering timed to the programme rather than the caterer's convenience, and a run of show detailed enough that the day executes itself.
Production runs alongside — staging, audio, lighting, screens and recording — with rehearsal time protected in the schedule rather than sacrificed when setup overruns.

Can you manage speaker travel?
Yes, through our tourism desk under the same contract — flights, accommodation, ground movement and hosting for visiting speakers.
Do you provide recording and streaming?
Yes, arranged through production partners. Streaming needs to be planned into the room and staging design early rather than added the week before.
