How an engagement runs.

The same four stages across every desk, so you always know where a piece of work stands.

01

Brief

A scoping conversation establishes what you actually need, by when, and within what budget. If the answer is that we are the wrong firm for it, you hear that here rather than three weeks in. An NDA is available before any detail is shared.

02

Proposal

You receive a written scope with the approach, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee. Nothing outside that scope gets added without your written agreement, and the fee does not move because the work turned out harder than we estimated.

03

Execution

The work is carried out with a named point of contact and agreed check-in points. Where we hit something that changes the picture — a counterparty that does not clear screening, a venue that cannot deliver — you hear it immediately rather than at the end.

04

Delivery

The deliverable is handed over with the reasoning behind it documented. For verification work that means a referenced report; for brokerage, a signed agreement and handover; for events, the event itself and a post-event review.

What we commit to

  • Scope and fee agreed in writing before work starts
  • A named point of contact for the duration of the engagement
  • Bad news delivered early rather than managed quietly
  • Findings we cannot substantiate reported as unconfirmed, not implied as verified
  • Work outside our licensed activities declined and referred on

What we ask of clients

Accurate information at the brief stage, a decision-maker available at the agreed check-in points, and early notice when your own requirements change. Most delays in this work come from waiting on approvals rather than from the work itself.

Start with a brief.

The first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a proposal would.
