Prime Horizon acts as a licensed commercial broker in Dubai South, mediating transactions between principals across the United Arab Emirates. Whether you are acquiring a running business, preparing an exit, appointing a distributor or securing a long-term supply agreement, we source the counterparty, structure the introduction, and stay in the room until terms hold.

What separates a brokered transaction from a cold introduction is diligence. Every counterparty we bring to the table is screened first by our in-house verification desk — trade licences, corporate records and supporting documents checked before you invest a single meeting. For international firms entering through Dubai South, Jebel Ali and Expo City, that means fewer dead ends and materially cleaner closings.

We work off-market by default. Mandates are not listed, advertised or circulated; counterparties are approached only with your written approval, and an NDA is available before any detail is shared.

(Process)

How an engagement runs.

01

Brief

A confidential scoping conversation defines what you are buying, selling or sourcing, on what terms, and by when. NDA on request before anything is disclosed.

02

Match

We source candidate counterparties from our network and the open market, then screen each one through our verification desk before presenting a shortlist.

03

Negotiate

We mediate between principals — commercial terms, structure, timelines and conditions — carrying messages accurately and keeping momentum when talks stall.

04

Close

Final terms documented, signatures coordinated, handover completed. We remain available through the transition period after signing.

(FAQ)

Questions we are asked.

Do you work on commission or retainer?

Both structures are available — success-based commission, an engagement retainer, or a combination of the two. Whichever applies is agreed in writing before any work begins, with no variable fees introduced mid-mandate.

Which sectors do you broker in?

Trading and distribution, professional services, tourism and hospitality, food and beverage, and light industrial businesses across the UAE, with concentration in Dubai and Dubai South.

How is confidentiality protected?

Mandates are handled off-market as standard. An NDA is available before details are shared, counterparties are approached only with your approval, and your identity can be withheld until a party clears initial screening.

Do you verify the other party?

Yes. Our documents and data verification desk screens counterparties before introductions are made, so you negotiate with parties whose credentials have already been checked.

Can you act for the buy side and the sell side?

Not on the same transaction. We act for one principal per mandate and disclose our role to all parties, because a broker representing both sides cannot negotiate hard for either.
