Trade expos & exhibitions

Exhibition floors planned so exhibitors get traffic and visitors can actually find what they came for.

Exhibition floors live or die on layout. Poor zoning creates dead corners where exhibitors pay full rate for empty aisles, and by the second day those exhibitors have decided not to return next year.

We plan floor layout and zoning around visitor flow, manage exhibitor allocation and communications, coordinate stand design and build, and run on-site logistics from build-up through breakdown — including the load-in schedule that decides whether setup finishes calmly or at three in the morning.

For companies exhibiting rather than organising, we handle the other side: stand design and build, pre-show promotion and on-stand staffing, so your team arrives to a completed stand.

What the engagement includes

  • Floor layout and zoning around visitor flow
  • Exhibitor allocation and communications
  • Stand design, build and dressing
  • Build-up, load-in and breakdown scheduling
  • Visitor registration and on-site coordination

Every engagement follows the four-stage process used across the event organizing desk — brief, then the work, then review, then delivery — with scope and cost agreed in writing before anything begins.

(FAQ)
Do you organise expos or exhibit at them?

Both. We organise exhibitions for host organisations, and we handle stand design, build and staffing for companies exhibiting at someone else's show.

Can you work at Expo City and DWTC?

Yes. Each venue has its own build regulations, contractor requirements and load-in procedures, which we plan around from the start.

How early should stand design begin?

Six to eight weeks before the show for a custom build, more if fabrication is complex. Venue approvals for build plans also take time and are frequently underestimated.
